Voice studies with Judith Nicosia, Margaret Hoswell, Pat Misslin, Susan Ormont, Alan Bowers, Steve Smith, Jeanie Lovetri. Singing-acting studies with H. Wesley Balk throughout the mid to late 1980s. Ordained as cantor, Academy for Jewish Religion ('03). Level III certification in Somatic Voicework, the Lovetri Method ('09). Faculty, Mannes College of Music -The New School, and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus Academy. Soloist with Minnesota Opera (New Works Ensemble), Connecticut Grand Opera, Long Beach Opera, Virginia Symphony, the Amato Opera, and others, and with Gamelan Son of Lion, and Mothra, a nine woman rock band. Staging director for Citywide Youth Opera in NYC and the Summer Arts Festival in Albany. Directed and studied at The Barrow Group Theater in Manhattan. Directed graduate and undergraduate students in the Opera Scenes Class at Mannes College of Music. Taught singing-acting workshops at Mannes and Queens College in NYC and in the Vozplena school in Rio de Janiero. Ordained cantor.
